Over the last couple of weeks we've been clearing our spare room out. It had become a bit of a dumping ground for things that we weren't sure whether to put in the loft or the tip.
Most things went to the tip when we thought about whether we'd actually use them or if they were worth anything to anyone else. We have a big pile of stuff for the charity shop too.
It was really cleansing on a mental level,
clearing space in the room seemed to allow space in my head too.
Over Easter, we're going to tackle the loft and if we have time our clothes.
That clearing and cleansing feeling is going to be the focus of our next four weeks at Achieve Bootcamp.
We will still be following our real food and effective exercise guidelines because they work so well. However, we are going to tweak the nutrition to allow for Easter
weekend and then in the third week, focus on a body cleanse similar to that which Fran followed on her retreat last year.
We're going to add a focus on clearing headspace too with the aim of getting rid of old and damaging beliefs around food, diets and exercise. We want our members to be successful way beyond the time they spend with us.
This will be for both our live and online bootcamps. If that sounds like something you want to be
part of, you can apply at www.achievebootcamp.co.uk/application
