British Summer Time has started with the clocks springing forwards an hour, meaning that we've lost an hours sleep.
It will feel more difficult to get to sleep this evening as your body doesn't switch quite as quickly as a clock.
Getting up in tomorrow morning may be a struggle as it will be back to dark mornings for a while.
Time happens.
We have to deal with it.
So many people ask when the best time to start an exercise plan
or what day should you start a diet on for success.
The answer is a simple one - NOW.
Get started, don't wait for a magic sign or the stars to align; that stuff only happens in movies.
We're in real life.
Magical things can happen but generally because you have worked for them.

P.S. Today's Daily Lent Challenge - It's a bit late in the day for exercise now, we only got back a few minutes before our measurements session. So a focus on sleep tonight - Lying on your back with your hands resting on your tummy, breathe slowly and deeply in to your hands and slowly exhale. Aim for 50 breaths, if you fall asleep before then -
bonus.
