Be you

How you see, speak about and feel about yourself has a massive impact on the results you will achieve.

To truly hit your goals you have to be happy with who you are and where you want to go.

I meet so many people who are struggling to achieve something that they don't really want to achieve.  They beat themselves up over it.

Talk about how they hate their arms, legs, tummy or other random body part and how they wish they could have the body part like so and so.

On a purely physical level we are all different and it's these differences that we should celebrate.  Rather than craving for arms like Cameron Diaz, aim to make your own arms the best they can be.

Be proud of what you have and if you feel you could make it do so, do that rather than chasing somebody else's figure.  Having a role model and goal is fine but aim for your own best.

The emotional side is a whole other blog and wraps in to the body and can hold back how much you truly want to achieve it.

Actually liking / loving yourself for who you are rather than what you look like takes you a lot closer to your goals than you can imagine.

Some girls are naturally slimmer and have straight arms with no muscle definition and a thigh gap; some girls want to be like that others find it repulsive.

Other girls have a more athletic frame with definition on their arms and legs; some girls want to be like that others find it repulsive.

Other girls have a curvier physique with a few bumps and ripples; some girls want to be like that others find it repulsive.

My point is that whoever you want to look like, there will be people jealous of what you look like.

Be happy with who you are and if you want to make changes to your physique do so by aiming for what you want to look like rather than what is deemed attractive by your peers or the media at the time.
