Following on from my email about taking responsibility for the health and wellbeing of ourselves and families, I'd like to add - You Can Do It.
It isn't always easy but anything you set your mind to you can achieve with the right help and guidance.
Earlier this week, my Mum brought her friend round to see me to set her up an email address that she needed to have for a class they are
attending.
They are both in their mid-70's and have joined a course on using a tablet computer. Her friend felt stupid because she didn't even know how to turn hers on.
My Mum explained that they weren't stupid, it was just something that was never around when they were growing up and they needed a little help. I was so proud of her attitude.
I've received some random Facebook messages and emails as
she's practising but she's putting in the effort at 77 to learn a new skill to improve her quality of life.
Her Friend was amazed when she could 'walk' down the street she grew up on in Ireland.
They taken responsibility for where they are with technology now and instead of saying they don't understand, they have got help and guidance from a coach.
A coach can truly make the difference to your success at achieving a goal.
It's why our members are so successful, we guide them through their own learning on fitness and nutrition.
When you find your own way, it becomes a long term thing rather than a fad that you follow until the end.
