I apologise for not writing with any real frequency the last few weeks, I've been uber busy but that really is just an excuse. I'm always busy but plan time each day to write.
The real reason is that I lost my MOJO.
I've been surviving my life rather than thriving at it.
I think my MOJO got caught up in the waiting around we're doing at the minute with regards to adoption, the
process has been really smooth and if it's something you're considering please don't be put off by the rumours of how difficult it is. It's not that bad really as long as you are happy being honest with yourself and your partner.
We're just waiting for our panel date, tat means we can't really plan anything in or organise anything until we know what the score is. I guess we could plan and then cancel but I hate cancelling anything.
As
a result, I seem to have lost my drive because I'm not heading towards something beyond the Ironman in July.
We see it a lot with our members, those who have something to aim for can plan their goals and know where they are going. With the that have already achieved what they set out to do, they can get caught in a drift.
It's why we like to plan in plenty of events that are based around fitness and activity to keep everybody pushing
forwards. Again, because there is so much uncertainty in our own lives we've struggled to plan much in.
This will change.
I've had a talk with myself and I'm going out this afternoon to hunt for my MOJO. I should be back to normal by the end of the day and firing on all cylinders by Monday.
If you're struggling to achieve your goals and seem to have lost your way, why not join us next month for a little
guidance and help.
