In case you haven't guessed, I'm pretty passionate about what I do. Everyone that receives these messages has either requested information from us or has actually worked with us via one of our online plans or in person.
So I get p!ss3d when we get
complaints on one of our messages. I'm not sure how a complaint shows on our system, there is no text or explanation. I have tried unsubscribing myself and I don't see anyway of complaining so maybe it is only certain email providers that allow it.
The complaints were on my blog about curing obesity with a dishwasher. It obviously offended somebody
who likes washing up.
The stuff I write is here to help. My aim is to give real life options to improve your health and fitness, I don't do that by preaching about chicken and broccoli - although we should all eat more vegetables.
I give
examples of what I personally struggle with, answer questions that I have been asked or give facts about poorly reported pseudo-science.
I hope that one day, you might want to work with us or buy one of our cookbooks or online programmes but that isn't my motivation. I want to help people live better and more fulfilling lives, there are plenty of people who have
got great results simply by following the snippets of advice that I give. That makes me happy, they have took action and improved.
If you are not going to take action or have no intention of ever working with us, please hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of this email.
If talking about dishwashers, underwear, crap diets, hangovers etc offends you, we are not a great fit and you are better of saving your delete button the work and yourself the time by reading something you don't enjoy.
For everybody else, thank you for reading.
I wrote this message because one of my principles is to not let negative thoughts stew in my head. By writing about it, I have let it go.
It's important to do that to truly improve your health.

P.S. On a brighter note, our friends at www.getleanwithgreens.co.uk have a trial offer for their greens drink of only £7.00 for a 2 week supply. You can get it here -
Greens Trial.
If you haven't tried greens drinks before this one is a good introduction and a way of getting extra green vegetables in to your diet. It tastes good compared to most out there.
