Bank Holiday Mates Monday

Published: Fri, 08/28/15

Thanks you for all of the support regarding these blogs, it really means a lot to know that you get so much out of them.

It's a Bank Holiday Weekend, a time for DIY, picnics in the park and indulging a little too much on the alcohol front.  I intend to partake in all of those, although the alcohol will be limited due to the experiment Sam and I are currently on.

The school holidays are nearly over and it's time to start getting back some form of routine to our lives.  Fran and I haven't got kids yet but our lives are still chaos during the holiday months and we're looking forward to getting some routine back.

It's one of the reasons I started my nutrition experiment early; simply to get some control back in my life.

Our next block of bootcamp starts on Monday and marks the start of the 16 week countdown to Christmas (yes, I really did mention it in August).  Our members who join us in September do so to get back to basics and dial in their nutrition and fitness plan ready for the party season.

They know that it takes a little longer than 2 weeks to get control and truly achieve goals that last.

We focus on the basics of good nutrition, hydration and adding in some exercise or activity in to the week.

If you have never been to one of our bootcamps, it's a good time to start.  If you would like a trial session, we have Mates Monday next week.  If you know somebody that has been a member they can bring you along on Monday as their guest.

If you don't know anybody, it's not a problem you can apply for a place here - www.achievebootcamp.co.uk/application

Training with friends is a great way to stay committed to your plan.  We have groups of friends who take it in turns to cook meals.

All of our members also provide support for each other via our private FB group.  Sharing recipes and tips to keep each there on track.

Let me know if you would like to attend or if you have any questions.

P.S.  The trial offer on greens is running until Monday, if a greens drink is something you have been thinking about adding to your plan, check out www.getleanwithgreens.co.uk.  The trial offer is for a 2 weeks supply of their greens drink for only £7.00.  You can get it here - Greens Trial.
If you haven't tried greens drinks before this one is a good introduction and a way of getting extra green vegetables in to your diet.  It tastes good compared to most out there.
