Where has it gone?

It was only here for a brief time and now it seems to have gone.

It has happened really suddenly too.  Almost overnight.

British Summer Time - it's nearly over.  The official months are June, July and August.  This time next week is the ending of summer time.

This morning I had to put the lights on in my car on the way to bootcamp.

The school holidays seem to have just disappeared.  

In fact our next block of bootcamp starts next Monday - it's our 'back to school, back to basics' bootcamp.

The one where we help everybody reset the bad habits they picked up over the summer and starts off our count down to the end of the year and party season.

We relax a little with our fitness and nutrition over the summer and mine couldn't have been much more relaxed (more on that tomorrow).  

So it's a reset for us too.  I actually started my reset today with Sam, we're trying a few things out and I wanted to get started straight away.

If they work, I'll do a guinea pig trial with some of our members.  If they don't, I'll leave them out for future reference.

That's how I know our systems work.  We experiment and test out methods I have read about then guinea pig them.  Only the really effective stuff makes it to our members.

September is a good time to start your fitness and nutrition plan to get in shape for the party season, the end of November is not :)

I'm aware that next Monday is a Bank Holiday, it's a good day to start fresh.  You have lots of time to plan and prepare and our sessions are uber focussed so don't take up hours of your day.
